If your car has not been repaired back to pre-collision condition and is structurally unsafe, you are entitled to the use of car rental services whilst your vehicle is off the road.

If your car is unsafe because of poor quality repairs, VSSA will organise an equivalent rental vehicle at no cost to you – claimed through your insurer.
